The Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine provides an incredibly reliable inspection method of PCBs for assembly faults, utilized in addition to our already amazing quality control inspectors.
Our X-ray capabilities allow us to look through the PCB for any apparent defects, and to help verify the placement of BGA components.
Our rework equipment is used to replace faulty parts such as BGAs on PCBs, or when modification is needed on already assembled PCBs.
Our Aquastorm can thoroughly wash and dry PCBs when water-soluble solutions are needed, giving a clean finish with no contaminants.
